What should you know about Ametlasana?

It is a product made in Mallorca since 2014 by our small company, we are still expanding on the island, so we go to fairs and some local stores.

pate mix

Ametlasana is a raw and dried product, made to be used dry in other dishes and to make pate by adding a little water. The label contains instructions on how to do it in three languages.

Healthy

All our mixes are made with raw almonds, so it preserves all the nutrients, all the other ingredients are dry so you don't need extra preservatives. We combine the point of salt, black pepper and other natural ingredients that help the product to be preserved for two years. None have sugar or gluten and 99% of the product is almond.

Goals

Our objectives are to offer you a natural product, using products from the Balearic Islands that you can use every day in your diet, enjoying all the nutrients that almonds have.

For this we will work so that you can find it in many fairs and in stores near your home.

If our logistics allow us, we would like to reach the other islands, the peninsula and other countries.


Flavor Sobrassada Spicy



Taste similar to meat sobrassada


It is a mixture of almonds with sweet paprika, hot paprika, black pepper and salt, the same ingredients as the traditional pork sobrassada, but only using almonds as a base without meat.

It is the first pâté that we created and it has always been very popular, especially surprising the meat sobrasada with its color and flavor, but containing only almonds.


How to use it?


Mixed with water:

This is a pâté for those who like a spicy touch and with a flavor similar to Mallorcan sobrasada, you can spread it on bread, cookies, make a sandwich, canapés to surprise your guests, especially vegans or wherever you can think of.

Dry:

It gives a lot of flavor to combine it with dishes such as baked or boiled potatoes, pasta, rice, lentils, chickpeas, it will give a spicy and tasty touch to your dishes.

Taste similar to typical meat Foie Gras



It is a mixture of almonds with Majorcan carob, black pepper and salt, which when combined in the right proportion, achieve a flavor very similar to liver pâté, but only using vegetable products from the Balearic Islands.


How to use it?


Mixed with water:

Due to its similarity to an alternative to meat, it can be used as a spread on a slice of bread, on cookies to make canapés, on Bolognese pasta, using two spoons you can make croquettes and toast them in a pan with a touch of oil, It can be used in empanadas or in any dish that you don't want to use meat but you like to give it an intense flavor.

Dry:

Due to its special flavor, tasty and without noticing the strong flavor of carob, it is very suitable for seasoning pasta, rice, lentils, cooked vegetables, etc.




Fine Herbs Flavor





Fresh taste of Mallorcan herbs



It is a mixture of almonds with herbs from the island of Mallorca for people who like fresh flavors. Mallorcan almond with basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, a touch of black pepper and Ses Salines salt, makes it a very good mix for those who do not like strong flavors, with this you will notice more almonds and it is good to combine with salads.


How to use it?


Mixed with water:

It is a good pâté to spread on cookies or bread, also to be used in salads such as a Caprese, on top of raw tomato, you can make decorative balls for salads and everything you can think of knowing that it will always give a touch of flavor to herbs to your dishes.

Dry:

The same as if we used it as a spreadable pâté, it would be used dry to season salads, making it mix better with them, as well as to season pasta or other dishes where we like to find those flavors of fine herbs.




Taste of the sea



Marine flavor with a touch of garlic



It is a mixture of almonds with Spirulina and Nori algae, a touch of parsley, garlic and salt from Ses Salines.

It is the last one that we have elaborated looking for a flavor of the sea that could be used as an alternative to tuna. The algae provide many nutrients that we can find in fish, and although they usually have a strong flavor, we combine it with a touch of garlic and parsley that make it soft and tasty.

How to use it?

Mixed with water:

Due to its marine flavor and greenish color from the algae, it is designed to be used as an alternative to tuna or as a pate that reminds a little of the taste of the sea. Its touch of garlic makes it special in its flavor and it is suitable for spreading on biscuits such as canapés or on bread, inside empanadas, in Russian salads or salads, in Majorcan trapó, sushi, etc.

Dry:

This mixture would be a combination similar to the Fine herbs in its way of use, it is designed to flavor salads, pastas or fresh dishes where one wants to find a flavor of garlic and seaweed, so dry sprinkled on top of some dishes, It would give it that special flavor that characterizes it.
